I worked last night. With the amount of sleep I have had in the last couple of days, I should be tired. But I am not. There are so many things I am excited about that my head is almost spinning. I am so excited about getting ready for Christmas. I have lots of projects to help us enjoy the season. I'll share some with you as we go about it. Also, my doTERRA team had an amazing call just now and I am pumped and full of excitement about my business that I am working on building. Not least of all, I have lots to do around the house that have been neglected due to my business in the last couple of days. 

So, I am going to experiment with 2 of the new products that doTERRA has recently put out. I will give an update to share how it helped me.

Here they are:

 This dietary supplement and restful blend have been formulated for times such as this. Normally I sleep fine. Tonight I am just wound up tight. 

I think I will also add some Balance. Balance is an oil blend that is grounding. Since I am flying high, it might help to come back to earth a little! 

For anyone new to essential oils, the softgel I will swallow, and the oils I will put in the diffuser and also rub on my feet. I will have to explain why the feet later.

I love having chances where I need the short term support and put the oils to yet another test. So far they haven't failed me yet. 

For now, it is time to oil me up, set up the diffuser, put on some soft music, and have a cup of tea.
